There will be a range of activities taking place throughout the day within a dedicated activity space, but also many different stalls, all listed here.
In addition to these scheduled activities, there will be many stalls hosted by our partners below.
We have some incredible people and businesses on our doorstep. This festival is an opportunity to meet them and trial their offerings.

NHS GP and Menopause Specialist with an Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care. Join Dr Sam as she talks menopause during one of our talks.
Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Baby Massage & Reflexology workshops in Motspur Park. Emma is organising the festival in partnership with the Friends.
Yoga Saturday mornings
9:30-10:30am at Holy Cross Church Community Hall. Liz will be holding a yoga class during the event.
Hand made crystal jewellery and accessories sold by Laura Spickett.
Place of Inspiration and Transformation, Honesty and Care, Solitude and Unity - to meet yourself and connect with others. Lena will hold a yoga class for children.
A wellness-focused and plant-based provider of fresh juices and ginger shots based in Raynes Park. Visit their stand to try the infamous shots before they sell out.
A personal trainer, class instructor and pre and postnatal specialist, with mission to get women feeling empowered. Candice will be taking a bootcamp at the festival.
Improve fitness in a fun, interactive and inclusive way for kids and teens. Games, obstacle course and lots of fun to be had with a special guest.
Always looking for ways to be creative - making cards, painting rocks and sketching mainly. All proceeds of hand-crafted items will be donated to MIND.
Reflexology and Holistic Facial Reflexology with cupping and
Gua Sha, based at 14-26 Natural Health Centre. Lesley will be offering complementary taster treatments.
Nutritional Therapist, helping women restore digestive health and balance hormones naturally. Sandrine will be joining our menopause panel in the Pavilion.
Our local coffee shop run by children from Blossom House School. Hot drinks and food for sale, plus showcase of well-being provisions from the school.

Dr Sara Latif
Clinical Psychologist, specialist in working with children and young people, supporting children to make realistic and sustainable improvements to their lives. Dr Sara will be on our Children's Wellbeing panel discussion.
Classes at St Saviour’s Church Hall and St James Church Hall. Trained in Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga. John will be taking a yoga session during the festival.
Based in Raynes Park, Nancy is an advocate for family fitness offering Buggy Beat Cross Training and Mums & Tots Fitness Pilates for post natal women. She will be taking a 'Yogalates' session - family yoga and pilates.
Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in supporting children, parents and their families. Dr Zara will be talking all things child wellbeing on our panel / talk.
Wellness and Preventive medicine. We are a new type of clinic which invests into innovation and research to change the world for the better - based in Tolworth. The team will be offering complimentary finger print blood tests.
Cee-Change / Therapy with Change in Mind
Caroline is an integrative therapist working with depression, anxiety, compulsions and has a special interest in addictions treatment. She will be hosting a Mindful Movements session as well as a 'Booze Bench' - if you want to reduce, take a break or stop drinking alcohol.
All of Merton’s Libraries boast dedicated health and wellbeing zones. The libraries have sensory areas in our children’s libraries and specialist SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) books, specially adapted toys and equipment that can be borrowed. We also run a programme of SEND events and activities.
Writing for Wellbeing sessions are for anyone interested in using writing as a tool for wellbeing facilitated by Vici Hoban Read. For anyone who would like to explore ways of using the act of writing to support their emotional and mental health in a welcoming group setting. Head over to Vici's stand for a cosy writing corner where you can give it go on the day.
Amanda has taught Zumba since 2019 and hosts classes at Sacred Heart School every Monday evening. Zumba are dance fitness classes that are fun, energetic, and make you feel amazing.
The South East Rivers Trust will be at the festival showing who they are and what they do, plus how the public can get involved in caring for their local river. They will have a river dip sample from the Beverley Brooke and craft activities.
Handmade vegan and organic soaps for sale, made by Kay who is based in Worcester Park.
Postpartum Plan is an online resource for soon-to-be and new parents. With exclusive access to a team of professional experts; physio, doula, nutritionist, breath-work, yoga, pilates, emotional health therapist, GP and more.
Samantha Dholakia is an educational consultant-trainer, executive coach and mentor, Neurolinguistic programmer, teacher trainer, parental strategist and children’s confidence and communications coach. She is on a mission to support big humans, and small, to manage their minds, emotions and actions in order to build their confidence and resilience, resolve inner conflicts and maximise potential.
Offering flexible part time roles for women, particularly working mums and those with caring responsibilities. Also offering information, guidance and support for those caring for an elderly parent, particularly those affected by dementia.

Lynsey provides a range of nurturing classes to support parents from prenatal period to baby massage, baby yoga and children's yoga as well as Mother Circle Sessions in small groups to offer some calm among the chaos. Head over to her stand for baby massage demos and advice.

Mini Athletics Kingston & Wimbledon
We take what children love to do the most (running super fast, jumping high and throwing far) and mix it with imaginative themes, learning to follow instructions, making friends and developing gross motor skills, for walkers - 7yrs.
Talks hosted in The Pavilion
Throughout the day, we will be hosting a number of panel sessions in the Pavilion. We will be covering topics such as Menopause, Mental Health and Children's Wellbeing.
Come and join us whilst we talk about what is the menopause/perimenopause, common symptoms to look out for, the midlife / menopause collision, what women can do to help themselves as well as look at lifestyle changes and HRT options. The panel includes:

In this session we will talk about healthy habits for the whole family as a foundation for wellbeing, modelling to children, weekly habits and how to foster an atmosphere that facilitates emotional safety. In addition we will cover how to support your child with big emotions, understanding tricky toddler behaviour and supporting the big changes like starting school. The panel includes:
