Based in Raynes Park, Nancy is an advocate for family fitness offering Buggy Beat Cross Training and Mums & Tots Fitness Pilates for post natal women. She will be taking a 'Yogalates' session - family yoga and pilates.

Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in supporting children, parents and their families. Dr Zara will be talking all things child wellbeing on our panel / talk.

Caroline is an integrative therapist working with depression, anxiety, compulsions and has a special interest in addictions treatment. She will be hosting a Mindful Movements session as well as a 'Booze Bench' - if you want to reduce, take a break or stop drinking alcohol.

Merton Libraries

All of Merton’s Libraries boast dedicated health and wellbeing zones. The libraries have sensory areas in our children’s libraries and specialist SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) books, specially adapted toys and equipment that can be borrowed. We also run a programme of SEND events and activities.

Writing for Wellbeing

Writing for Wellbeing sessions are for anyone interested in using writing as a tool for wellbeing facilitated by Vici Hoban Read. For anyone who would like to explore ways of using the act of writing to support their emotional and mental health in a welcoming group setting. Head over to Vici's stand for a cosy writing corner where you can give it go on the day.

Little Miss Zumba

Amanda has taught Zumba since 2019 and hosts classes at Sacred Heart School every Monday evening. Zumba are dance fitness classes that are fun, energetic, and make you feel amazing.

South East River Trust

The South East Rivers Trust will be at the festival showing who they are and what they do, plus how the public can get involved in caring for their local river. They will have a river dip sample from the Beverley Brooke and craft activities.

Move Nordic exists to enable people to find the joy of movement, offering dynamic Nordic Walking to increase overall well-being in South West London and Surrey. Head to their stand for info and a demo.

Mini Athletics Kingston & Wimbledon

We take what children love to do the most (running super fast, jumping high and throwing far) and mix it with imaginative themes, learning to follow instructions, making friends and developing gross motor skills, for walkers - 7yrs.

Talks hosted in The Pavilion

Throughout the day, we will be hosting a number of panel sessions in the Pavilion. We will be covering topics such as Menopause, Mental Health and Children's Wellbeing.

Menopause

Come and join us whilst we talk about what is the menopause/perimenopause, common symptoms to look out for, the midlife / menopause collision, what women can do to help themselves as well as look at lifestyle changes and HRT options. The panel includes:

  • Jacqui Sechiari -  Women's Health and Fitness Coach 

  • Dr Sam Brown - Menopause GP

  • Sandrine Olmi - Savoir Fayre Nutrition.

Children's Wellbeing

In this session we will talk about healthy habits for the whole family as a foundation for wellbeing, modelling to children, weekly habits and how to foster an atmosphere that facilitates emotional safety. In addition we will cover how to support your child with big emotions, understanding tricky toddler behaviour and supporting the big changes like starting school. The panel includes:

  • Dr. Sara Latif - Clinical Psychologist, specialist in working with children and young people

  • Dr. Zara Rahemtulla - Clinical Psychologist, with extensive experience in supporting children, parents and their families

  • Samantha Dholakia - Founder of SPD Tuition & Coaching
